Job requirement are advertised in local and national news papers in country affording every opportunity to interested candidate to contact us. Our offices maintain records of manpower categories containing names, contacts addresses, work history and travel status of pre-selected candidates. This includes uncommitted standby personnel on travel status and new applicants. Ninety percent of our ready to leave candidates possess all the mandatory status clearance, medical certificates and passport.

Selection tools / Instruments
We always prefer selection of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorised representative. We arrange his /their accommodation , transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker , we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives.

Interviewing
Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. The candidates short listed by us are then presented to the client’s representative for the final selection.

Assessment of Competencies
At the time of the personnel interview our specialized consultants scrutinize the applicant’s abilities on the position he has applied for.  The resumes of the candidates are assessed and their employment documents are verified from their previous employers.

Skills testing and Aptitude Assessment
Based on the questionnaire provided by the client our technical manager interviews the applicants and verifies the knowledge of the candidates in the specialization he has applied for.

Employees trained to conduct behavioral interviews
At TRANSASIA Integrate Services, organizational behavioral interviews are a part of the responsibilities of the technical interview. During the time of the personal interview the managers also concentrate on the behavioral aspects of each individual applicant. They also verify the experience certificate to ascertain that if any assessment made on their behavior by the previous Employer.

The Selection
On receipt of confirmed job orders and exact job descriptions of required categories, we source the candidates through our active databank, job portals, advertisements and head hunting.

Our specialized recruitment mangers test the responding candidates for their skills matching the job description and trade test if required.

The shortlisted candidates’ complete CVs with recruitment manager’s remarks are sent to the clients for their approval and the clients are invited to our offices in Asia to personally evaluate the candidates and it is an added advantage to understand our mode of operation.

Follow up of selection
On receiving the final selection list from the Clients, candidates are called for Medical and other Visa processing formalities.

Medical And Psychological Examinations
Our organisation retains the service of highly skilled and reputable medical institution in order to ensure that the selected candidates are both physically and mentally prepared for overseas employment G.C.C. penal doctors.

Respective consulate formalities
On receipt of the Visa documents from the Client the Passports along with the required documents are submitted to the Consulate for Visa stamping.

Emigration
Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates, if required.

PRE-DEPARTURE ASSISTANCE AND ORIENTATION
Aware that to be effective, contract workers need to be knowledgeable about government policies and social customs in the country of deployment, our associate agencies provides orientation with them. Mainly basic local language is also taught to contract workers for quick and easy communication. Furthermore to facilitate the deployment of workers at the job-site, we sent representative at the airport to assist them with airport and immigration formalities.
